Director & Occupational Therapist
Tracy is a Registered Occupational Therapist in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists (OSOT). She has worked as an occupational therapist in the private sector for over fifteen years. Tracy has completed both her Master of Clinical Science degree in Occupational Therapy and Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Kinesiology at The University of Western Ontario.
She is experienced in occupational therapy assessment and treatment as well as case management of clients with severe or catastrophic injuries, such as traumatic brain injury, multiple trauma, complex orthopedic, psychological impairments, and spinal cord injury. Tracy works with both adults and children.
She is a PGAP certified clinician. She is experienced in the preparation of Life Care Plans. She has been a member of the OSOT Auto Sector Committee and Attendant Care Task Force and sits on the Board for the Ontario Rehab Alliance. Her leadership experience has included Supervisor of OT Services at a large disability management company and Managing Director of Dynamic Rehabilitation.
Tracy Milner acquired the Ontario business of Dynamic Rehabilitation in June 2008 and founded Complex Injury Rehab Inc. with Heather Condello.
