Selina Huang is a registered Occupational Therapist in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario. She is also a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists and the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists.
Having obtained her Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology at McMaster University, she later completed her Master of Occupational Therapy at Queen’s University. She practices in both English and Cantonese-Chinese throughout Toronto.
She is experienced with providing services in areas of discharge planning, community reintegration, neurological rehabilitation, coaching, chronic pain management, and mindfulness across domains of physical, cognitive, and psychosocial care for adults and older adults. She has completed courses in exercise prescription and physiology based on CSEP competencies; workplace and home ergonomics; and neurodevelopmental theory.
She is continually following the latest webinars and professional development opportunities in related fields to ensure that all clients are provided with the latest evidence-based treatments as appropriate.
