Michelle is a registered Occupational Therapist in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario and a member of the Ontario Society of Occupational Therapists.
She completed her post-secondary education at the University of Toronto which includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology and Psychology, a Bachelor of Science degree in Occupational Therapy and a Masters of Education degree.
Michelle has 18 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist and has worked in both the hospital, community and auto sectors. She also has extensive experience in seating and mobility prescription, home and vehicle modifications, in home assessments and implementing and monitoring quality management programs. She has served as an appointed Professional Member for the College of Occupational Therapists of Ontario Discipline Committee since November 2013.
She is currently practicing part-time as an Occupational Therapist with Complex Injury Rehab providing services within the Greater Toronto Area. Her current practice includes occupational therapy in home assessment and occupational therapy treatment.
Michelle is also an ADP Authorizer for seating and mobility aids. She is currently completing studies to become a certified Life Care Planner.
