Christie is a Registered Occupational Therapist in good standing with the College of Occupational Therapists and a member of the Canadian Association of Occupational Therapists.
She has completed her Master of Science degree in Occupational Therapy at the University of Western Ontario and Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology at the University of Western Ontario.
Christie has extensive experience in transitioning clients with complex disabilities, such as spinal cord injuries and neurological conditions, from hospital to community-based destinations.
She also has experience completing in-home assessments and providing client-centered treatment to maximize client safety and independence in the home and community. She is an ADP Authorizer with experienced in seating and mobility prescription.
Christie is currently practicing as an Occupational Therapist with Complex Injury Rehab Inc. and provides services to clients in the Greater Toronto Area and surrounding areas.
